The control module of the multi-needle valve island is its core component, located in the center of the valve island, and undertakes important control functions. The module can be divided into several basic types, including multi-pin interface type, fieldbus type and programmable type. The multi-pin interface type control module is connected to the programmable logic controller (PLC) through a multi-strand cable equipped with a multi-pin plug. This design significantly simplifies the complexity of the interface connection. Only a multi-pin plug and a multi-strand cable are required to achieve complex signal transmission, which greatly reduces the wiring workload and reduces the risk of wiring errors.

The fieldbus type control module relies on the fieldbus protocol to achieve efficient exchange of external data. The module only requires a two-strand or four-strand shielded cable, which not only saves wiring time, reduces the size of the equipment, but also enhances the anti-interference ability, thereby ensuring the reliability of data transmission. The programmable control module gives the valve island higher flexibility and intelligent characteristics. Users can perform personalized programming according to actual needs to meet diverse control needs, and then realize complex control logic and algorithms.

The solenoid valve module, as the "actuator" of the multi-needle valve island, is located on the right side of the valve island. The solenoid valve has flexible configuration. You can choose to install two or one valve as needed. They are all installed on the valve seat with unified gas path and circuit interface. The order and number of valve seats can be flexibly adjusted. There are many types of solenoid valves, including two-position five-way single solenoid control, two-position five-way double solenoid control, three-position five-way center seal, three-position five-way center pressure, three-position five-way center leakage and other types. In addition, two special two-position three-way valves are designed, that is, two three-way valves are built into one valve body to meet different control needs. These solenoid valves are made of high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes, with the characteristics of fast response speed, high action accuracy, and good sealing performance, ensuring that the fluid flows accurately according to the preset path and parameters, thereby achieving precise control of the industrial process.

The input and output module acts as a "window" for the multi-needle valve island to interact with the outside world, and is located on the left side of the valve island. The module provides a variety of electrical signal input/output solutions, including various types with independent sockets, multi-pin plugs, ASI interfaces, and fieldbus interfaces. The valve island with independent socket has wide versatility and no special requirements for the controller. It is equipped with a cable with polarity fault tolerance function. The socket is equipped with an LED indicator and a protection circuit, which are used to display the working status of the valve and prevent overpressure respectively. The valve island with multi-pin plug transmits the control signal from the controller to the valve island through a multi-strand cable. The top cover is not only equipped with an electrical multi-pin plug, but also an LED display and a protection circuit, which is convenient for users to monitor the working status of the valve island in real time.

The notable feature of the valve island with ASI interface is that both data signals and power supply voltage are transmitted simultaneously by the same two-core cable. The cable design effectively eliminates the possibility of polarity errors. Each module usually provides 4 addresses, allowing an ASI valve island to install 4 two-position five-way single-control valves or 2 two-position five-way double-control valves. The valve island with fieldbus interface can be connected to the fieldbus node or controller to realize the serial connection of decentralized input/output units. Up to 4 branches can be connected, each branch can include 16 inputs and 16 outputs. The connecting cable transmits power and control signals at the same time, which is suitable for controlling decentralized components and ensuring the efficient operation of the valve.
