In pneumatic technology, the air filter, pressure regulator, and lubricator are three air source processing components assembled together, called a pneumatic triplet. They are indispensable air source devices in pneumatic systems, installed near the gas equipment, and are the ultimate guarantee of compressed air quality. The installation sequence of these three components is the air filter, pressure-reducing valve, and oil mist.

If only the air filter and the reducing valve are assembled together, it is called the pneumatic twin.

The working principle of the PSD Series: the compressed air first enters the air filter, controls its output pressure through decompression, and then outputs through the output outlet. It is usually used in non-lubricated pneumatic systems.

Triple working principle: compressed air first into the air filter, after purification into the pressure reducing valve, after decompression control gas pressure to meet the requirements of the pneumatic system, output pressure regulator gas into the oil mist, lubricating oil atomization and compressed air mixed into one and then transported to the pneumatic device.
