What are the advantages of the multi-needle valve island connection method

The multi-needle interface connection mode of the multi-needle valve island is one of its core competitive advantages in the field of connection technology. By using a multi-strand cable equipped with a multi-pin plug, the valve island can efficiently realize the access of the output control signal and input signal of the programmable controller. At the same time, the signal output by the sensor is also connected to the electrical signal input port of the valve island through another cable. This connection method significantly simplifies the interface design, reducing the originally complex interface between the programmable controller and the electric control valve and sensor to a multi-pin plug and a multi-strand cable. Compared with the traditional connection method, this multi-pin interface connection mode no longer requires a junction box, and all electrical signal processing and protection functions, such as polarity protection, photoelectric isolation and waterproof design, have been integrated inside the valve island. This not only reduces the number of external devices and the complexity of the system, but also significantly improves the reliability of the overall system.

The fieldbus connection method is another important feature of the multi-needle valve island. With the continuous advancement of industrial automation technology, higher requirements are placed on the real-time, reliability and flexibility of data transmission. The fieldbus connection method realizes efficient data exchange between the valve island and external devices through the bus protocol. In a system consisting of multiple multi-needle valve islands with fieldbus, each valve island is equipped with a bus input port and a bus output port, allowing multiple valve islands or other devices with fieldbus to be connected in series. This connection method only requires a two-strand or four-strand shielded cable to complete data transmission and power supply, which greatly saves wiring time, reduces the size of the equipment, and enhances anti-interference ability, thereby ensuring the reliability of data transmission.

In addition, the fieldbus connection method also has excellent compatibility and scalability. The fieldbus multi-needle valve island currently provided supports all open data formats on the market and custom data formats of major programmable controller manufacturers, and can be directly connected to various models of programmable controllers, or indirectly connected through a bus converter. This feature allows users to flexibly select suitable programmable controllers according to actual needs without worrying about compatibility issues. At the same time, the fieldbus connection method supports the series connection of multiple devices, and can connect up to four branches, each branch can contain 16 inputs and 16 outputs, which is convenient for users to expand according to the system scale and meet the diverse needs of different application scenarios.
