How to deal with the impact of humidity on air control valve

The impact of high humidity on air control valves is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
Water vapor can react with the metal in the valve material, causing corrosion. This will reduce the structural strength of the valve, damage the sealing performance, and even affect the sensitivity of the valve.
Water vapor reacts with the iron parts inside the valve, causing rust. Corrosion can cause the valve to become stuck or fail, affecting its normal operation.
Water vapor can also penetrate into the valve seal, causing the material to expand or deform, thereby losing elasticity and sealing performance, causing the valve to leak or fail.
In addition, high humidity environments can affect the electrical components in air control valves, such as sensors and controllers. These components are very sensitive to humidity, and high humidity can cause them to become damp, thus affecting the normal operation of the valve.

To deal with the impact of humidity on air control valves, we can take the following measures:
First, choose corrosion-resistant materials as the material of the valve to prevent the valve from corroding and rusting in a high-humidity environment.
Secondly, moisture-proof measures, such as sealing rings, dry filters, etc., can be installed around the valve to prevent water vapor from entering the inside of the valve.
